Stephanie has more than 20 years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (A/E/C) industry in New York City, California, and the Midwest.  She has led top Construction Management teams across the building market sector in ground-up construction, major modification adaptive reuse, restoration of historic landmark structures, and high-end interiors.   Stephanie is known throughout the industry as a driven builder, who prioritizes client relationships and champions the educational and professional development of those who work with her.

As Founder and CEO of SCCS Group, Stephanie dedicates her passion and expertise toward community-based development including thoughtful housing solutions, cultural and not-for-profit development, institutional growth, and renovation and restoration of capital assets.  SCCS Group provides the nation's most distinguished project management and construction advisory services, with proven success in influencing smart and creative progress in real estate development from East to West coast.

ROBERT J. MAHONEY III

Senior Vice President

Robert’s construction experience spans more than 20 years of dedicated work in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry in New York City, California, New Jersey and Florida. Robert has effectively lead project teams across the country on a diverse portfolio including new building commercial/residential, Thoughtful Housing, Senior Living, Passive House, Historic Renovation, Adaptive Reuse, Collegiate Sports Complexes and Green Building Initiatives including Sustainable Landscape and Carbon Reducing practices.   Robert’s portfolio has helped to define many of the country’s iconic skylines.  


As Senior Vice President at SCCS Group, Robert is able to take his passion and experience for effective, responsible, and sustainable building to the SCCS team and our project partners.  Robert’s approach to the successful delivery of a project is based on meaningful relationship development and the professional development of his team. Through this approach, SCCS Group continues to provide the very best in project management and construction advisory teams bi-coastally.

ILIANA NICULESCU

Director

Iliana brings over 12 years of full-stack industry experience to the table, beginning her journey as an architect before transitioning into project management shortly after completing her Master’s degree. Her career path has taken her from initial roles with general contractors to impactful positions on the developer side, where she's been making her mark for the last decade. Iliana's expertise spans a diverse range of development structures, both locally and internationally, having spearheaded programs that include single-family homes to expansive 200-unit new residential constructions, large-scale hospitality resort designs, and mixed-use developments.


At SCCS Group, her role as Director is enhanced by her commitment to providing thoughtful support to team members, fostering a culture of collaborative communication that drives project success, and enthusiastically working to build sustainable relationships as well as sustainable projects.  Iliana leverages her extensive experience and technical acumen to run a tight ship over budgets and schedules, on behalf of our clients. She thrives in guiding the development process at every stage, from site evaluation and construction oversight to financial modeling and empathic problem-solving. 


Her tenure in the Bay Area includes roles as the owner’s representative and project manager for ground-up residential and capital improvement projects while working with a renowned national development company and collaborating with prestigious nonprofits. Furthermore, Iliana has invested her skills and passion into an affordable housing startup, aiming to broaden opportunities and access to homeownership throughout the Bay Area.


Outside of her professional endeavors, Iliana also builds schedules for marathon training and enjoys exploring National Parks, art exhibits, and sushi restaurants.

GAEL LAMOTHE

Director

Gael has ten years of professional project management experience across Commercial, Educational, Healthcare and Residential sectors, working on the construction management, development and consulting sides of the Real Estate Industry. Gael is a trained Civil Engineer, having earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Buffalo, with a focus in structural engineering.


After his studies, Gael started working for one of prominent CM/GC’s in New York where he coordinated all-aspects of the construction process. Looking to expand on his construction management experience, Gael shifted to the development side of the industry to foster a holistic understanding of the Real Estate Industry; one that is rooted in a firm understanding of construction procedures and cost analysis to yield profitable endeavors. Gael developed leadership skills that allow him to seamlessly navigate project teams through a fast-paced and multi-faceted environment that requires an ability to shift between business, planning, and construction. Following an organized and logical methodology, Gael is able to identify problems in-advance and drive creative solutions.

RYAN SANGER, AIA, NCARB

Project Manager

Ryan is a registered architect with more than 10 years of experience working in the architecture, engineering, and construction field with projects in healthcare, commercial, and residential. With a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and a minor in Construction Management, Ryan has utilized his knowledge and experience in an extensive list of projects in New York City. Having worked with clients such as NYU Langone Health, NY Presbyterian, and Columbia University, Ryan has had the opportunity to meet and work with many brilliant professionals.  From medical centers to educational facilities, and building infrastructure to interior rehabilitation, Ryan employs his creativity and passion in every aspect of the project, welcoming any new challenge as an opportunity to find better solutions and gain new perspectives.  




At SCCS Group, Ryan facilitates the construction process in new and upcoming buildings that will help and impact the community for the better. Utilizing his technical expertise in construction documents, problem-solving skills, and leadership skills, Ryan coordinates the project construction to achieve the targeted goal.

SARAH KUCINSKI, SHRM-CP

Business Manager

Sarah Kucinski brings multifaceted experience to her role as Business Manager at SCCS Group.  Throughout her decade of experience in the AEC industry, she has served in different capacities including administrative, operational, and customer service roles.


In her early career, Sarah worked in operations for two regional construction companies. She gained experience in the solar industry managing a broad portfolio of projects in the tri-state area ranging from residential to commercial installations. She worked together with clients, suppliers, municipalities, and utility companies to ensure project schedules were met.  Moving into a consulting role in the Design and Construction world yielded experience in accounting, administration, and supporting and managing a team of project managers with a nationwide portfolio. Sarah’s passion for organization and collaboration allowed her to thrive and broaden her skillset.


At SCCS Group, Sarah encapsulates her vast experience into her role as the Business Manager. Her responsibilities include overseeing human resources, internal operations, business development endeavors, as well as serving as a culture and brand ambassador.  Sarah offers well rounded support to both the team of talented project managers and our clients in NYC and the SF Bay Area.

MICAELA DE POI SEGOVIA

Assistant Project Manager

Micaela has a degree in architecture from the University of the Republic, Uruguay and nearly 10 years of experience in the construction industry, having held positions ranging from drafting engineer to budgeting assistant and MEP Coordinator. 


After obtaining her degree, she  directed her career towards project management, including continuing education studies at Stanford University and Construction Management and Leadership at UC Berkeley Extension. 


At SCCS Group, Micaela assists in the construction management  of new buildings and historic renovations that will create an impact on the community. Utilizing her technical expertise in overseeing construction documents, problem-solving skills, and leadership skills, Micaela supports our projects  with diligent management of all project controls.

ANA TRUDE STOCKDALE

Assistant Project Manager

Ana is passionate about creating environments in which people are proud to work and live. Ana has over 5 years of expertise in Architecture, Real Estate Development, and Construction. She holds an MBA in Project Management, a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, and is pursuing a Buildings and Construction accreditation from NYU. Ana's journey began in Sao Paulo, Brazil as an interior designer for large-scale mixed-use apartment buildings before transitioning to high-impact work on affordable housing projects and community development.


Driven by a desire to immerse herself in every facet of projects through their lifecycles, Ana refines her career pursuit and commitment to real estate development. Here, she forged a deep understanding of ground-up developments and discovered her passion and aptitude for project management. Ana has engaged and led teams of engineers, designers, and consultants, and overseen the development of large-scale assignments, from site analysis to entitlements. Ana’s range of experience helps her to approach every problem with multiple perspectives and understand the constraints of each stakeholder – which helps her expedite deadlines, control the budget, and manage schedules.


Ana serves as an Assistant Project Manager at SCCS Group. Her commitment to personal and professional growth, dedication to excellence, creative problem-solving abilities, and strong work ethic position her as a valuable asset to SCCS Group. Ana is based in New York and primarily contributes to SCCS Group’s East Coast projects.
